The foundations of Pikan Fırın, which takes its name from the pecan walnut, were laid in 2014 on 12th Street in Antalya under the leadership of Ayça Özen.
Ayça Ozzel, who wants to produce real bread in a speed-based and increasingly artificial sector, received training in this field. He successfully completed the MSA Professional Pastry and Bakery training he attended in 2011. Then, he created the Pikan Fırın brand by putting sourdough , which was not very popular at that time, at the center.
As the Pikan Fırın family, we have adopted a production philosophy that is far from artificial since then. We aim to deliver the real bread flavor to those who want to consume healthy food products.
