Materials:

  • 1 pack of spicy sourdough grissini from Pikan Fırın

  • 1 cup grated cheese (can be cheddar or parmesan)

  • 1/2 tea glass of butter (melted)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and pepper (optional)

Preparation of:

  • Set the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking tray with baking paper.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and optionally thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Dip the grissini sticks into the mixture and cover them with grated cheese.

  • Place the cheese grissini sticks you prepared on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  • Leave in the preheated oven until the cheese melts.
